Co-hosting Nova’s national drive show since 2020, Joel was awarded Best Newcomer at the 2021 ACRA Awards, and the show itself scooped up Best Syndicated Australian Program and Best Networked Program.

In addition to his radio success, Joel has conquered the small screen with stand-up specials like ‘Joel Creasey: Queen of the Outback’ on Amazon Prime Video, which was filmed at the Broken Heel Festival and garnered rave reviews. His global Netflix special ‘Thirsty’ as part of ‘Comedians of the World’ showcased his wit to audiences worldwide, while ‘Fame Whore’ on Amazon Prime and Paramount Plus, filmed at the Sydney Opera House, added another feather to his cap.

A self-proclaimed “fame whore,” Joel has embraced his status as a television staple, participating in Amazon Prime’s ‘LOL: Last One Laughing’ alongside Rebel Wilson and gracing Network Ten’s ‘The Project’ funnies chair. For five years, he hosted the SBS broadcast of the Sydney Gay and Lesbian Mardi Gras parade, adding glitter and glamour to the iconic event.
