Geelong Myotherapy and Wellness Centre

Geelong’s Myotherapy and Wellness Centre has only been around for a couple of years, but has quickly become one of the Windy City’s top spots for getting better.

They get to know you, and work with you every step of the way to ensure you get the most out of your visit there. Honourable Mention; Melbourne Meditation Centre

If you’ve ever been interested in starting your own relaxation and rejuvenation spot, then check out the Melbourne Meditation Centre.

This spot is set throughout a heap of spots across the state, but one of their most popular spots is found at All Saints’ Hall on 113 Noble Street in Newtown. They are in the business of giving meditation some ‘good PR’ and taking a different approach to those classical schools that may seem a little overwhelming for some.

They run courses on a regular basis, that not only teaches the craft, but immerses the students into the calming nature of the field. They also say it’s not a meditation school that needs you to sit cross-legged or meditate for hours, they give you manageable exercises to help you on your journey to becoming a meditation practioner.
