Over the course of an evening, Toohey will be presenting a five-course meal inside the retro-fitted Cider House venue. The Menu showcases a diverse array of inspired vegetable dishes guaranteed to seduce even the most insatiable of carnivores. Guests will be fed a delectable pumpkin seed pasta, a mouth-watering smoked ragu pappardelle, and a whole roasted Lion’s Mane bagna cauda, along with many other tantalising dishes. The intimate dining session will also include chef interaction as Toohey personally mingles with all guests, sharing his vision behind each dish on the curated menu.

As a cocktail connoisseur, having taken out the titles of best cocktail menu and best high volume cocktail bar at the Tales of the Cocktail awards in New Orleans, Toohey knows the importance that beverages play in the dining domain. For this session, Flying Brick house varieties will be on offer to elevate the experience, available at bar prices.

The Toohey-led plant-based degustation costs $85 per person for a generous five-course meal, with bookings essential. You can book your table here.
