Now in its fourth year, this award-winning light festival is a truly immersive experience, transforming the beautiful riverside location of Wyndham Park in central Werribee into a dazzling, dreamlike canvas.

Wander through the breathtaking landscapes filled with giant iridescent bubbles and towering wildflowers, glowing animal sculptures, fantastical trees, projections and more. Best of all, it’s all free.

The program boasts a range of incredible highlights including the jaw-dropping Ephemeral Collection from Atelier Sisu, featuring more than 50 larger-than-life iridescent bubbles that radiate colour and sound.

An incredible, 27-metre-long glowing sculpture, Tarutharu – The Kaurna Skink, created by A Blanck Canvas in collaboration with First Nations artist Elizabeth Close and Jack Buckskin, as a representative of the Kaurna Peoples.

Ctrl-Alt-Self by Studio John Fish, where you can create and interact with a holographic-like projection of yourself in real time.

An impressive installation celebrating Australian wildflowers, known as The Guardians, by Matthew Aberline with The Beautiful and Useful Studio.

A dreamy new GOBO light walk, created by local Wyndham artist, Ariadne Concha.

Presented by Wyndham City, this free, family-friendly event is designed for all ages and will transform Wyndham Park each night of the event from 7pm-11pm.

In 2025, LIT will also feature two sensory friendly nights, for those who would benefit from experiencing LIT in a more comfortable environment, or have different sensory needs on Wednesday 2 April and Wednesday 9 April.

A dedicated sensory space will also be available throughout the whole event.

With LIT falling in the first week of the Easter school holidays, it’s the perfect chance to make a night, or a whole weekend of it.
