Geelong’s beloved hard-worn blues man Tim Hulsman is making waves.
Gaining a lot of attention overseas at the moment, he was just announced as Artist Of The Month September 2017 on Radio Memphis Around The World in the US.
What a feat! A local singer songwriter getting that kind of attention in the USA is something worth celebrating.
“I did an interview with host Dianna Fryer back on the 29th of April 2017, and we got on so well, that we chatted for about half an hour live to air. She has been very supportive ever since hearing my latest album “GET LOVED!” but this honour has totally BLOWN MY SOCKS OFF!”
Back in 2014, Tim debuted at number 18 on the Australian Blues and Roots Airplay Charts with his album, ‘Dead Man’s Garden’.
His latest album ‘Get Loved’ is deeply introspective and recorded at Geelong’s own Don’t Poke The Bear studios. Groovy, rootsy melodies, brooding lyrics, and a rock n roll demeanor.
