Local green thumbs Plant Addicts Anonymous are hosting their very first Christmas Plant Party.
If you’re a big fan of indoor plants, it’s highly likely you’ve heard of ‘Plant Addicts Anonymous’ here in Geelong. Renowned for running pop-up indoor plant sales at various locations, cafes and warehouses around town, these Geelong-based green thumbs have been slinging plenty of plants for the last few years – and people have been going crazy for it.
With the phenomenal growth of the business and a loyal following of plant addicts, in recent years the team event set up a permanent shop, right in the heart of historic Pakington Village in Geelong.

Now the absolute legends are running their very first twilight Christmas plant party – because why the heck not?!
Running on Thursday, December 22 from 5pm to 8pm, there will be a DJ spinning vinyl, hourly plant prizes to win, and Christmas treats to eat and drink!
“It’s always been a dream to have a DJ spinning vinyl amongst our green lush plants and fully absorbing the energy of the space. So I decided to host a Christmas party this Thursday 22nd Dec at our Geelong store,” the venue shared.
This also serves as the most brilliant last-minute Christmas present run, because who wouldn’t want a new baby plant for Christmas?!
Head on down to 5/111 Pakington Street, Geelong West from 5pm tonight.
