Supercheap Auto Racing is gearing up for an exhilarating start to the 2024 Wildcard season, promising a fusion of automotive excellence and motorsport excitement at Melbourne’s premier foodie hotspot, Grazeland.
On Friday, April 12th, from 5 pm onwards, Grazeland will transform into a playground for motorsport enthusiasts as Supercheap Auto unveils its 2024 Wildcard team and Supercar test livery. The event promises an unforgettable experience with motorsport legends Craig Lowndes and Cooper Murray joining the Supercheap racing team.

Guests can look forward to up-close encounters with exclusive Q&A sessions and autograph signings, as the team unveils this year’s brand-new livery on Grazeland’s main stage.
The excitement doesn’t stop there; Grazeland will come alive with a host of activities for all ages. From realistic racing simulators to spin and win games, attendees will be spoiled for choice. Motorsport aficionados can feast their eyes on a stunning display of specialized race cars and vehicles across Grazeland’s grounds, offering ample photo opportunities.
Keeping the adrenaline pumping well into the night, the launch event will feature a stellar lineup of live music, including a set from Red Bull’s popular DJ.

With over 50 food vendors to choose from, Grazeland caters to all taste buds. Savoury delights await at Gradi Pronto and The Burgie Bar, while those with a sweet tooth can indulge in treats like Strawberry Crepe Brule or enjoy a refreshing beverage from Grazeland’s onsite bars.
In a bid to nurture the next generation of drivers, the FIA Girls on Track booth will be on hand to discover, nurture, and promote female racing talent. Family-friendly festivities include exclusive giveaways, opportunities to meet favourite drivers, and a vibrant interactive kids’ zone – ‘Jungle Hangout’ – complete with funky monkey bars and face painting.
Since the inception of Triple Eight’s Supercheap Auto-backed wildcard program in 2021, the team has witnessed a myriad of talented drivers hitting the track and achieving remarkable finishes, including a record eighth place in the 2022 Bathurst 1000. With high expectations for 2024, the season launch is just the beginning.
