Aside from the trail, attendees can enjoy live stage performances bringing “The Gruffalo” to life. The epic Gruffa-Show features Mouse’s journey through the deep dark woods, while Gruffalo Storytime offers a cosy setting at the Woodland Theatre for the classic tale to be narrated by none other than Mouse’s best friend.

For those with a creative flair, various Gruffalo-themed arts and crafts activities await, including wooden bookmark painting and Gruffalo Cookie Decorating. Additionally, children can transform into characters from the story through face painting, adding an extra layer of excitement to the festivities.

While commemorating “The Gruffalo’s” milestone, Kryal Castle doesn’t stray from its classic medieval entertainment. Throughout the school holidays, visitors can witness thrilling jousting tournaments, skill at arms demonstrations, and legendary activities such as potion-making and archery.
