Pitch Music & Arts - aka Pitch Festival - is heading back to the Grampians on March Labour Day weekend in 2023.

Pitch Music & Arts is back for 2023, welcoming their community back to the tranquil Grampian plains for an aural experience of electronic music and an assembly of visual delights across four indelible days.

The festival’s sixth edition will take place at the foothills of the Grampian Plains – a platform aligned with creativity, self-expression and inclusion – across March 10-14th 2023.

Stay up to date with all the epic festivals and events happening in and around the region here.

Due to the success of its 2022 event and the unprecedented demand for tickets, the festival has introduced a Ballot System for the next edition, taking cues from the likes of Golden Plains and Meredith Music Festival.

“Our endeavour is to nurture our growing community and the fair and simple Ballot System allows us to ensure the Pitch experience remains a respectful and enjoyable experience for all,” the festival said.

“Entering the Ballot may be the only way to secure tickets. We recommend entering and encouraging your fellow people of Pitch to enter also.”

While the festival programme is yet to be revealed, the teaser video features Overmono’s So U Kno so that could be an indication of what to expect.

The festival made its highly anticipated return to the Grampians in March this year, featuring four days with the likes of Denis Sulta, HAAi, Floating Points, Skin On Skin, Peach, INNER CITY (live), DJ Seinfeld (live), Eris Drew b2b Octo Octa, Mella Dee, FJAAK, Ben Böhmer (LIVE), Jayda G, Maceo Plex and many more.

Pitch was one of the last camping festivals to go ahead in Victoria back in March 2020, days before the pandemic took off in Australia, and the 2022 festival proved to be a momentous occasion, becoming one of the first camping festivals to return in a renaissance era for Australian camping festivals.

Its 2023 edition will no doubt be just as phenomenal, if not more.
