After plastering cryptic posters all over the streets, Beyond The Valley has finally unveiled some exciting updates around this year’s event as well as opening up presale registrations.

We can only assume a lineup announcement is imminent!

The festival will once again take place at Barunah Plains over 4 days from 28th December – 1st January, a picturesque oasis just outside Geelong which boasts a 100,000 square metre natural amphitheatre.

A rural locality in the Golden Plains Shire, Hesse covers an area of rural farmland along the Hamilton Highway between the towns of Cressy and Inverleigh and is located a 40-minute drive from the Geelong CBD. With sweeping trees, rolling hills, mystic bridges and a winding creek, Barunah Plains is proving to be the perfect home for a new era of Beyond The Valley.

The video posted from their socials this week features a Channel Tres song, the festival also featured RÜFÜS DU SOL in the last video coming from their pages.

Beyond The Valley is known for their unparalleled festival experience that has redefined the very essence of live entertainment. The festival will raise the bar even further this year with an array of offerings including architecturally designed stages, the return of the ferris wheel, an inflatable wedding chapel, a newly coined “Better Beer” Beach Club, a revamped Sanctuary, infrastructure updates to the new site and more ticketing options than ever. The beloved Podcast Stage is making its triumphant return, offering a unique space for insightful discussions and entertaining shows, once again hosted by The Daily Aus.

In keeping with its commitment to delivering top-tier production, Beyond The Valley will revive its three acclaimed stages. The Valley Stage is all set to dazzle with its grandeur, boasting an expansive custom design, unparalleled audio quality, and world-class production. The Dance Dome will mesmerise with a massive 70-metre-wide LED wall, promising to be a mecca for electronic enthusiasts, and the much-loved Dr Dan’s will be back with a fresh and reimagined design.

For the first time, festival and camping tickets will be purchased separately to suit varying requirements. This year, the festival organisers have elevated their camping options, introducing Pre-Pitched tents on top of their usual Lux, Premium, and General Camping choices. For those seeking an extra touch of exclusivity, the VIP upgrade offers access to lush lounges, delectable bespoke cocktails, and a two-tiered platform overlooking the Valley Stage. The festival entry only ticket gives festival-goers the option to stay in local accommodations or return home each night.

After offsetting 1208 tonnes of carbon last year, the festival will once again work with Treecreds to offset emissions, contributing to a more sustainable future.

Beyond The Valley will continue its tradition of supporting the local community, injecting $50,000 in financial contributions and initiating local community initiatives. In its first year at Barunah Plains, the festival injected an estimated 17 million dollars into the local region.
