This 101ft tri-deck marvel, crafted for up to eight guests for overnight stays and 30 guests for day charters, is the epitome of elegance. From elevated long lunches to private events against the backdrop of the Sydney skyline, Sea Raes offers a unique opportunity to experience the harbour like never before. Culinary aficionados are in for a treat, with menus curated by Raes’ award-winning executive chef, Jason Saxby, featuring locally-sourced sustainable produce.

Guests can indulge in a feast featuring delights like salt-baked snapper with seaweed and lemon myrtle crust, Bay lobster alla Catalana, bistecca fiorentina with salsa verde, and sgroppino with seasonal sorbet. The menus, tailored to individual preferences, can be enjoyed in various settings – be it breakfast al fresco, lunch on the top deck, aperitivo at sunset, or dessert with a movie in the main saloon. Sea Raes accommodates up to 14 guests for a seated dining experience or provides canapés and grazing for larger groups.
