The brainchild of Brad Wilson, owner of Little Lon Distillery in Melbourne, and Craig Ryan, this 140-seat venue is not just a distillery; it’s a multi-spirit destination for locals, travellers, and spirit enthusiasts.

Presenting a unique atmosphere where modern aesthetics seamlessly blend with vintage charm, here, you can enjoy a refreshing cocktail in the splendid heritage building, share stories with friends, unwind with a dram in the dedicated whiskey den, or host a party in the upstairs area with a fantastic view of the entire space, including their striking copper stills.

All the whiskey, gin, and vodka products are expertly manufactured and served from the Goods Shed using locally grown ingredients, and they are proofed with nearby volcanic spring water. These products will be distributed nationwide and exported internationally, showcasing the capacity to manufacture over one million bottles each year. The team at Itinerant Spirits is passionate about all things spirits and is ready to guide you through their menu, suggesting perfect pairings.

Itinerant Spirits’ Spirits include the Gallivanter Gin, which is a delightfully juniper-forward gin with bright citrus, creamy lemon, grapefruit, and unique botanicals from Victoria’s Grampians; the Vansetter Vodka which is a rich, smooth, and well-rounded vodka meticulously crafted for balance and purity, made from local Western Victorian grains; and the Wayfarer Whiskey, which is a unique whiskey made using the grains-on distilling method for full and rich flavour, currently ageing in barrels.
