Heathcote’s biggest annual event, Heathcote on Show is returning in 2023 with a huge lineup for wine lovers on the King’s Birthday Long Weekend, from Saturday June 10 to Monday June 12, 2023!
Running across three big days, the massive food and wine festival will feature more than 25 local businesses participating across the Heathcote Region, with exclusive local award-winning wine, craft beer and spirit tastings, live entertainment, wine and cheese pairings and olive oil tastings too – Heathcote on Show really has something for everyone.

Just a 90-minute drive from the Melbourne CBD, Heathcote on Show offers festival goers the perfect excuse to escape for the long weekend with friends and family. Running now for 19 years, the popular festival showcases Heathcote’s cellar doors, distilleries, breweries and restaurants – all in the one dynamic region.
Not only will visitors be able to taste and sample some of Heathcote’s most renowned wines and beer, but they will also be able to meet the artisan winemakers and discover new places throughout the festival – providing a real behind-the-scenes insight for wine enthusiasts. Expect to indulge in the best from the likes of The Bridge Vineyard, Heathcote Winery, Peregrine Ridge, Shiraz Republic & Cornella Brewery, and Wren Estate.
In addition to pop-up cellar doors, there will be many unique food, wine and music events available throughout the three-day period. From a three-course traditional Peking Duck lunch at Wren Estate on Saturday June 10, 2023 to a Goldfields cheese and wine matching session at Sanguine Estate on Sunday June 11, and more.
Boasting over 25 wineries and 70 vineyards, Heathcote is a region full of boutique wine via cellar doors, spectacular landscapes, gold rush relics and serene bushland.
