The major new staple on Australia’s festival calendar will ring in 2024 with Sydney EDM royalty Flume. 10 years after his self-titled debut skyrocketed him to international fame, Flume is ready to wow crowds with his unique brand of stuttering electronic music. With a Grammy Award, two Triple J Hottest 100 number 1 spots and platinum sales across the world, he’s truly one of Australia’s musical treasures.
Joining him will be the Oxford four-piece Foals, who will be bringing along their groovy hit tracks including My Number, Mountain At My Gates and Spanish Sahara. Melbourne electronic dance group The Avalanches will also take the stage, sharing their influential, sample-heavy style.
Heaps Good Festival Dates
- Sunday 31 December – Sidney Myer Music Bowl, VIC
- Saturday 06 January – Adelaide Showground, SA
Also set to perform a riveting DJ set is the English duo Basement Jaxx, best known for their cult-classic tunes Where’s Your Head At and Red Alert, and SBTRKT, who will be fresh off the release of his new album The Rat Road.
With party people like Declan McKenna, Griff, Holly Humberstone, MAY-A, Sycco and Logan keeping the beats bumping all through the day, the festival is guaranteed to deliver nothing but good times.
Adelaide fans will be getting something a little extra special with the return of the beloved Sound Archive dance stage. Presented by Divide, Sound Archive gives fans the chance to throw it back to the non-stop rhythms of electronic gems including Mall Grab, KETTAMA, Salute, Logic1000 ROMNA. and Denim.
