This pop-up residency will see the Gin Palace team bringing their legendary flair to the Terrace Bar with stunning views of the Yarra River.
In a sensational summer shake-up, Melbourne’s iconic Gin Palace is set to grace the Terrace Bar at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters, situated in the heart of Fed Square.
As part of Gin Palace’s voluntary nip and tuck renovation in January 2024, the team will make a cameo appearance at Victoria by Farmer’s Daughters on select dates throughout the month. This special collaboration aims to celebrate the best of Victorian ingredients and craftsmanship.
The residency is scheduled to take place from 5 pm until late on Thursday 18 January, Saturday 20 January, Thursday 25, and Friday 26 January. Additionally, from 7:30 pm until late on Saturday 27 January.

Guests can expect a menu takeover that showcases Gin Palace’s meticulous approach to cocktail craft and hospitality during the balmy summer afternoons. With a spotlight on the Four Pillars range of Victorian gins, the Gin Palace team has curated a bespoke cocktail menu that pays homage to Victorian ingredients, adding a touch of nostalgia and cheek.
Highlights from the special cocktail menu include the Gin Palace Martini, featuring Four Pillars Olive Leave Gin and Maidenii Dry; the Victoria Bespoke Martinez, a delightful concoction of Four Pillars Classic Dry Gin and Animus Rogue Vermouth with an orange twist; and a gin-based Victorian Sbagliato made from Four Pillars Negroni Gin, Marionette Bitter Liqueur with pineapple infusion, Dry Sparkling wine, and a Pineapple garnish.
To complement the exquisite drinks, the Terrace Bar’s snack menu will feature favourites such as Potato Rösti with cured Bass Strait scallop and cold climate avocado, and BBQ lamb chops with mountain pepper mustard. As a cherry on top, the evenings will be accompanied by a rotating lineup of live music on Fridays and Saturdays.
