Forte’s top picks for Tastes of Central Geelong: Week Two

Tastes of Central Geelong officially kicked off on Friday (July 1) and with so many events day in, day out, we’ve picked a few of our favourites to help you decide. These are selections for week two, which runs from July 10-17.

Sunday 10th

Raw Healthy High Tea at Sprout and Bean

Not all high teas have to be loaded with sugar and an onslaught of guilty feelings about having that extra macaroon. At the Sprout and the Bean, everything is made with your conscious in mind. Or intolerances and care for the environment, we’re not sure.

When: 10am and 1pm, July 10

Monday 11th

Lunchtime Cooking Demos at Westfield

If you’re lacking inspiration in the kitchen, and happy to be in town, whiz past these cooking instructions for a few ideas on where you can take your dinners and lunches. Best thing is it’s free.
