Forte’s top picks for Tastes of Central Geelong: Week Two

Raw Healthy High Tea at Sprout and Bean

Not all high teas have to be loaded with sugar and an onslaught of guilty feelings about having that extra macaroon. At the Sprout and the Bean, everything is made with your conscious in mind. Or intolerances and care for the environment, we’re not sure.

When: 10am and 1pm, July 10

For more information visit the website.

Monday 11th

If you’re lacking inspiration in the kitchen, and happy to be in town, whiz past these cooking instructions for a few ideas on where you can take your dinners and lunches. Best thing is it’s free.
