Geelong's Daisy Bar has announced its new menu for 2025 !
After what has been an amazing first few months of life down at Daisy, the team are ready to announce they will be launching a brand new menu on Wednesday 8 January.
Owners Alistair and Alex said they have been blown away by the support shown by the Geelong community.
“We are really proud of how our little bar has been received. As we enter the new year, it’s finally time to say goodbye to some cult favourites from our inaugural menu!”

As always, their focus is on bright, funky flavours and easy drinking; here’s a sneak peek of some highlights from the new menu…
‘Tequila Daisy’. The bar’s seasonally rotating, jazzed up spicy marg. This edition is built on a base of Blanco Tequila & Mezcal, spiked with pineapple, guava and jalapeno.
‘Clear As Day’. A zingy Vodka and yuzu highball, featuring acidified lychee, cantaloupe and aloe vera. This is the team’s pick for the drink of the summer!
‘Yellowstone’. Blanco Tequila, mandarin, yellow nectarine, mango, lemon, salt. Yes, the team are self-admittedly big fans of Tequila!

Plus plenty more fresh, summery mouth melters (including sorbet drinks…)
Daisy’s wine list will also be getting a facelift.
Some drops we’re particularly excited about include a South Australian Pét Nat, a chilled Sangiovese and plenty of French Rose.
In some other exciting news, Daisy will be launching an outside drinking area on Shorts Place mid-January (date TBC), which will mean longer opening hours and more importantly, margs in the sun!
The Daisy team can’t wait to show Geelong what they’ve been working so hard on.
