Taking over the former The Federal Café, Gold Coast foodie favourite, Paddock Bakery has opened its doors in the Federal Mill precinct.
There is a reason that Paddock Bakery is a popular food destination, attracting visitors from across the country to their Burleigh Heads location to get a taste of heaven, but not before snapping it for the ‘gram of course.
Now, Pivotonian’s need not travel quite as far for their foodie fix, with the iconic bakery finding home at North Geelong’s Federal Mills.

The lunch menu doesn’t stick to the general bakery finds which makes it so exciting both looks wise and for the palette. The pork, apple and pistachio sausage roll is a crowd-pleaser, their newly introduced vegetarian danish, The Mediterranean is creating hype, and their turkey and cranberry toasties are like thanksgiving in your mouth!
On the sugar side, they crème brulee donut is to die for, their gooey cookies hit the craving and their selection of cheesecakes will have you rolling out the door.
