Banksy exhibition extended due to popular demand

It’s no surprise that The Art of Banksy has been a hit with Melbourne audiences. Due to popular demand, the exhibition will now enjoy an extended season.

Known as one of the leading contemporary artists of his generation, The Art of Banksy showcases a vast amalgamation of his work with more than 80 original pieces on display, making it the largest collection of Banksy artwork to ever draw upon Australia.

Since opening, it’s garnered both acclaim and disdain – as well as igniting a stunt that led many to believe Banksy himself had been caught working in Melbourne.

Inspired by the streets of London, the exhibition takes visitors on an artistic adventure, exploring the mind of Banksy and his satirical street art.

The Art of Banksy will now run until Tuesday January 31 at The Paddock, Federation Square.
