After its 2020 induced slumber, the world-renowned Great Australasian Beer Spectapular is making a triumphant return to Melbourne this May!
Titled GABS for short, the festival is looking better than ever, boasting a new venue, great entertainment and of course, a selection of over a hundred beers and ciders all lovingly crafted by Australia and New Zealand’s best brewers.

Endearingly dubbed “the Disneyland for beer lovers”, GABS will definitely impress any beverage enthusiast with its diverse variety of festival exclusive beer and cider, ensuring there’s always something brand new to taste at any one of the 60+ breweries making their appearance at GABS! And when we say brand new, we mean it. Brewers push the creative boundaries to showcase their talents with fantastic new creations, resulting in more than 100 new and unique craft beers and ciders brewed and released for the very first time at GABS.
Many of these brews go on to be legends in the brewing world, like Feral’s Biggie Juice, Two Birds Taco beer and Yeastie Boys Gunnamatta, which were launched as GABS festival beers, but are now staples in the craft brewing industry.
