Digital Wolves sees Schkeuditzer Kreus, the alias of Blue Mountains-based Kieren Hills, tackle standalone single ‘Choke’ on side A, showcasing the doomier domain of the post-industrial experimental project, and an assault on the ears comes with side B in the form of two confronting, abrasive, politically-charged numbers from Robert Inhuman’s musical project Decide Today’s Worldwide Intifada EP;  ‘Revolutionary Reason (Worldwide Intifada)’, and ‘The Shit Punx Hate 4’. The tracks see Inhuman lean into the industrial, breakcore, darkwave and ambient styling adopted by Decide Today following the end of the original Realicide band at the turn of 2011, while its subject matter maintains focus akin to anarcho-punk and radical hip-hop. As released on 30 November via Nambour, Australia’s Bad Habit Records, Digital Wolves is dark, dangerous and deathly good.

Now the two outfits are teaming up to tackle Australia’s Southeast, taking to venues and radio stations across Queensland, New South Wales, Australian Capital Territory, Victoria and South Australia from 26 December 2024 until 11 January 2025.

The Digital Wolves Tour will see the double trouble dive into two of our most prominent metal and underground spaces, hitting up The Last Chance Rock ‘n’ Roll Bar on 3 January as joined by supports Caustic Grip and Pathological Function, and local favourite Old Bar on 6 January with Elektronik Girl Epic. The tour marks Decide Today’s first visit to the country in seven years, and third tour of the country, and is set to be a special reunion.

Of the impending tour Hills of Schkeuditzer Kreuz says “I’m looking forward to touring with someone who has been doing the solo electronic touring thing longer than I have, and as intensely as I do, and seeing how we go playing night after night.”

One guess – it’s going to be a riot!
