Last year’s Birregurra Festival and Art Show saw over 10,000 people attend the two-day event, and with the first line up released for this year’s event, things are set to be bigger and better than the last.
Playing this year will be; funk band The Kite Machine, country folk group Moosejaw Rifle Club, indie-rock band The Peeks, ukulele crazed musos Ukes D’Jour, folk artist Forever Son and indie rock trio The Elliots. There will also be entertainment from the Mik-Maks, Ukulele Kollective and the Gospel Choir.
The festival will run over the weekend, October 11 & 12, from 10am-5pm. There’s also a huge arts aspect to the weekend event, with over 300 artworks entered for the art show, gourmet food and wine, a market and various other activities.
