Time to pull your lederhosen out of the closet and get your best beer stein as Oktoberfest is coming to Geelong and bringing the best parts of Bavarian culture along with it.
The festival will start as a one day affair (which we’re sure you’ll be feeling the effects long after) and will take place at the Geelong Racecourse on October 10.
Making Oktoberfest as close to the real deal as possible, six of the seven Oktoberfest beer brands will be shipped down for the event Hofbräu, Franziskaner, Spaten, Hacker-Pschorr, Löwenbräu and Paulaner.
Oktoberfest Geelong will deliver an authentic Bavarian experience with food and drink, live music, events including best beard competitions, cow milking, barrel races, strongman and strongwoman championships and more.
