Step into The Arborist and be transported to another world. The venue’s design is a masterpiece, blending materials, textures, and an arboretum-inspired palette to create an urban oasis. Muted greens, blacks, and earthy tones harmonise with the European Ash trees framing the building. The showstopper? A stunning green marble bar, while bespoke wall lamps cast a soft glow over the sleek brick dining walls, mirroring the curved external fence.
Indulge in a modern Australian menu with Mediterranean influences. From Raw Tuna with Finger Lime to Gribiche Haloumi with Sultanas, Saffron, Honey, and Almonds, each dish is a culinary treat. Don’t miss out on the Quark Donut with Muhammara and Anchovy or the flavour-packed Baharat Lamb Shoulder. With a heavy focus on shared plates, Executive Chef Anthony Hammel and Head Chef Chantal Chenery recommend their ‘Feed Me’ option, offering a taste of their best small, large, and side dishes.
