The Great Ocean Road Chocolaterie is famous for its month-long festival dedicated to hot chocolate in all its delicious forms, and while the celebrations were seriously interrupted last month, the venues are pleasing all the hot chocolate connoisseurs in lockdown with some extended festival antics.

On the website, you’ll find the ‘Festival Favourites’ you can order online as DIY Kits to whisk up at home. Flavours include salted caramel obsession, bee nutty, frogs in a pond, mars attack, minion madness, Nutella wagon wheel slurp, snow honey (with a Cognac spiked chocolate ball) and the Tim Tam caramel bomb.
You can order the full set or pick and mix your own selection. Each DIY Kit comes with flavour infused couverture chocolate melts, indulgent interactive elements, extra chocolate shot and handcrafted marshmallow. You just add hot milk.
