SAFIA recently unveiled their third album, A Lover’s Guide To A Lucid Dream. Known for their bold vision and meticulous attention to detail, SAFIA’s previous albums, “Story’s Start or End” and “Internal,” showcased intricate production and adventurous arrangements, with introspective explorations of identity, growth, and understanding.
Now they’re back with their latest album, an immersive journey through 14 tracks that explore the depths of identity, the surreal, and the breaking of dawn. Their latest single, ‘Fall Right Back To You,’ captures the essence of not being able to let go due to the fear of the unknown.
The album’s release will mark the beginning of a national tour, starting in Canberra in late October and taking them across the country. The tour marks a long awaiting return for the festival favourites, with audiences waiting patiently since their last national headline tour in 2019 which saw sold out theatres across Australia.
Having previously only announced one Victorian show in Melbourne, the trio will now stop by Eureka Band Room on Friday 8th December.
True to their reputation for theatrical performances, the band will unveil their brand new live show alongside the new album which features singles ’Today’, ‘Falling Down’ and ’The Thing About Love’. You can expect to hear their chart-topping hits like “Counting Sheep,” “Take Me Over,” and, of course, their latest sensation, “Float.”

From their 2012 formation in Canberra to their breakout success with ‘Listen To Soul, Listen To Blues,’ the trio has earned a place in the music industry that’s beyond commendable.
