A heavyweight contributor to our local and Australian music industry, Jaron Jay continues to level up.
Frontier Touring have announced local talent, multi-instrumentalist, producer and standup musician, Jaron Jay as the exclusive touring support for the upcoming Australian headline shows for New York City sibling soul pop group, Lawrence. Titled The Family Business Tour, the sold-out January East Coast dates across Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane are the bands debut in the country.

Jaron Jay, an accomplished songwriter, performer, and musician, has built a reputation as one of the hardest working musicians in Melbourne. Having dedicated over 10,000 hours to his craft, drawing inspiration from a diverse range of influences, the talented muso has been credited as a key contributor to the diverse Victorian music landscape.
From The Beatles to Eminem, his work spans various musical styles with a unique blend of rock, soul, jazz, funk, and pop. This diversification has allowed him to elevate the work of fellow independent artists through production and playing.
Notably, his collaboration with saxophonist Bob Mintzer on Catapult stands as a career highlight. Jay’s talent extends beyond music production, having worked with major brands in advertisement. Through social media, he has connected with fellow musicians and established himself as an artist, leading to a partnership with the Anti-Hero record label. Jaron Jay has been pivotal in the production of local acts including Ghost Orchid and LEEDEN.
As a solo artist Jaron Jay has developed a signature brand for himself of sonic exploration meets star-power. His sound cannot be contained and will shine on stage with Lawrence. He is due to bring out new music in 2025, perhaps in time for the Lawrence tour.
