Karingal Training offer flexible and relevant learning options for young people to transition to accredited training and employment. With small class sizes, supportive staff and tailored learning paths where young people can create their own futures.
VCAL (Victorian Certificate of Applied learning) Foundation and Intermediate is a senior secondary school certificate equipping student’s with practical work related experience, literacy and numeracy skills and the interpersonal skills needed for work and life. Karingal Training’s VCAL programs offer a range of electives including: art, digital photography, sound engineering, technology, TV and film making, sport and recreation, hospitality and retail.
Create a pathway to VCAL is a re-engagement program for middle school students who have not yet completed year 10. Subjects include: literacy and numeracy, life skills, creative industries and recreation activities.
All Karingal Training courses are designed to help with employment skills and confidence building in a supported environment, providing participants with the basic tools to develop and enhance their self-belief to get a job.
