Geelong Arts Centre has unveiled its much-anticipated SEASON 2024, promising a kaleidoscope of extraordinary experiences in the realm of the arts
Capping off another absolutely glistening year for the Geelong Arts Centre, the beloved art institution has announced its 2024 season, bringing the best of the best to Geelong across four outstanding programs with SEASON 2024.
In collaboration with Major Artistic Partner, Deakin University, and Innovation Partner, Costa Asset Management, the season unfolds against the backdrop of the recently unveiled $140 million Little Malop Street redevelopment in August 2023.

The heart of SEASON 2024 lies in the invitation to the community to embark on a unique journey within the newly revamped arts centre. From laughter-inducing comedies to soul-stirring classics, the season has been meticulously curated to resonate with the essence of the Geelong community.
Consisting of eight core performances and four special additions, art enthusiasts can immerse themselves in a diverse array of performances, celebrating the marriage of traditional and modern elements. The lineup includes cherished theatrical masterpieces such as A Midsummer Night’s Dream and Agatha Christie’s The Mousetrap, alongside a co-commissioned world premiere contemporary work from Geelong’s own Back to Back Theatre. Musical offerings from John Foreman’s legendary Aussie Pops Orchestra, as well as captivating contemporary dance and circus performances, promise to captivate audiences. Another highlight is Wayfinder, a kaleidoscopic fusion of dance, music, and visual art.
