Geelong and Ballarat’s bottomless cocktails events have finally been rescheduled

Bring it on.

Earlier this year, we reported that a night of two hours of free-flowing mimosas, margaritas, espresso martinis and even beer was coming to Geelong and Ballarat in July.

However, following the second wave that swept Victoria, the events were put on hold while Victorians spent their lives indoors and waited patiently for restrictions to be lifted.

Now following Uncle Dan’s announcement that regional Victoria could move to step three of the COVID roadmap, the two events have announced their new dates, with Ballarat’s Bottomless Cocktails slated for November 6 – 8, and Geelong’s Bottomless Cocktails set for December 12 (SO. FAR. AWAY but yay).

Hosted by Bottomless Cocktails Melbourne, tickets to the event include two hours of endless refills for both cocktails and beers, and judging from previous events by the crew, you could be indulging in the likes of espresso martinis, mojitos, Aperol Spritz, frosé, margaritas, fruit tingles, cosmopolitans and even Frozen Daiquiris.

As for the beer, we’re hoping our local hero Furphy gets a run.

While the venues are yet to be announced, session details have been revealed for the Ballarat edition in line with the latest regulations. The event will be table service only, two hour limits on bookings and a maximum of 10 people per table.

This event is currently pre-registration only, and dates and times may change once the event goes on sale. That’s all the details we have right now so this is simply your unofficial ‘save the date’.
