Fast Five with: King Parrot!

Favourite King Parrot Video clip?
The ‘Shit On The Liver’ video was a lot of people’s introduction to the band, so it’ll always be a favourite, but I really had a great time making our new one ‘Home Is Where the Gutter Is’, so that’s definitely my favourite at the moment.
First CD/Cassette you bought?
It was George Harrison’s Cloud Nine. That was the first cassette I actually bought. It had that song [Youngy starts singing] ‘I got my mind set on you’. Mind you, I was only seven or eight at the time, but I’ve always loved the Beatles!
Early riser or a night owl?
I’m kind of both – I like to stay up late and get up early. I think sleeping is a waste of time.
Favourite breakfast cereal?
Sultana Bran.
Favourite up and coming band?
I would say Harlott are one of my favourite and Melbourne band High Tension are awesome as well.
