With the tour already underway, having taken to venues in Western Australia, Tasmania, New South Wales and a lone Victorian show at Fire Brigade Malmsbury, Braithwaite is showcasing this very best music. As the front man and vocalist of 1970’s band, Sherbet, Braithwaite rode a wave of local and international success with songs such as ‘Howzat’ and ‘Summer Love’ propelling the band to superstar status. It was however through his solo career that the chapter charged forth.

A #1 ARIA for his album Edge came in 1988, featuring hit singles ‘As The Days Go By’ and ‘One Summer’ but it was the follow up album Rise in 1990 that spotlighted the star. ‘The Horses’, one of Australia’s biggest anthems featured on Rise and perfectly mirroring the album title, gave rose the artists to legend status.

Don’t miss the chance for a major singalong with Daryl Braithwaite and his band at their upcoming Victorian shows.
