Little Franklin will focus on simplicity in all it does, noticeable in a tight menu of coffee, pastries and sandwiches. Square One Coffee from Cremorne and Jane Dough pastries from Warrnambool will be the two mainstays’ of the menu.

The focus on coffee will be obvious firstly by taste, and secondly when you notice water is the only alternative on the menu. Whilst the coffee and pastries will be consistent, the sandwich menu will likely evolve. Expect to see corner-store classics like BLT or ham and cheese, occasionally done with some added imagination.
Look out for the coffee van on the main strip of Dunkeld. The 60’s era van is to be enveloped by sleek ply seating and umbrella’s for those who decide to hang around. Expect high quality produce served in a casual community atmosphere.
