Coastal Jam brings UK favourite RITON to Torquay and Warrnambool for Easter long weekend

Following a sold-out special event on Geelong’s iconic Cunningham Pier for Labour Day Weekend, EDM Festival giant Coastal Jam will be heading to Torquay and Warrnambool Easter long weekend.

Fresh from delivering a sold-out open-air music festival on Geelong’s Cunningham Pier, Coastal Jam is continuing the momentum and bringing along some of the finest names in the dance and electronic movement as well as festival level productions to regional cities.

Hosted by UNO Presents and Coastal Jam, the open-air day and night party in Torquay (Good Friday) and Warrnambool (Easter Sunday) will be headlined by UK favourite RITON.

RITON – aka Henry Smithson – is a British producer and DJ best known for the major global hit and electrifying tech-house sizzler ‘Rinse & Repeat’. The track went stratospheric, holding the No 1 spot on BBC Radio 1’s dance chart for several weeks, becoming the Top 10 most played record of 2016 and earning a nomination for Best Dance Recording at the 2017 Grammy Awards. Riton’s career has spanned three decades, producing and remixing artists including Mark Ronson, Scissor Sisters, The Human League, M.I.A. and Chromeo. He remains an essential part of the global music scene, continually releasing radio-ready blends of EDM, house and pop that enjoy international popularity.

Whether it’s his pulsating DJ sets, genre crashing collaborations or the multitude of original productions and remixes, Riton has gathered accolades from every corner of the globe and will be bringing along a brilliantly-constructed set that will leave everyone in the Coastal Jam camp sweating and gasping for more.

Alongside RITON, Torquay’s edition on Good Friday, April 15 will also feature the likes of Lazywax, Meetwally, Dean Turnley, Elliot Creed and Coastal Jam regular Coco Du Ma, as well as Ben Reyment, Cooper James, Dansen, DJ Neptune, Ethan Moloney, Evamordi and Spin City Disco.

After making a splash in 2019 for their sold out debut, Coastal Jam couldn’t resist coming back for another epic day in Warrnambool at the Cally Hotel Carpark on Easter Sunday, April 17. Alongside the massive headliner, this edition will feature Lazywax, Meetwally, Adam Bennett, Code.O and more, bringing the beats to the loved beachside town, making sure punters are partying well into the night.

With such a killer night set up, this event is also destined to sell out quick… and judging from the demand for their previous editions earlier this year, it probably will.
