Did you hear the one about the buskers who made it big? Jack and Pat Pierce, who perform music under the easy to remember Pierce Brothers, were once just a couple of lads making music on the streets of Melbourne.
These days, you can catch them selling out shows in the UK, Europe and Canada. You can throw in a good 50,000 (and rising) EP sales as well. As for their debut full- length, that is in the pipeline. Hitting the road for a handful of shows early in 2016, the brothers will be joined by Tash Sultana for dates at Torquay Hotel, Torquay on January 1 and Whalers Hotel, Warrnambool on January 9. Tash is a young, self­taught roots reggae/folk­inspired singer- songwriter from Melbourne.
