Gabriela Oporto, the mastermind behind the delectable treats, shares the inside scoop: “The cake we made for Tay Tay represents everything Bakealicious is about – handmade with quality ingredients – we combined Taylor’s favourites Milk Bar Store Cake and our traditional Chilean Mil Hojas and Dulce de Leche Cake. It’s finished off with puff pastry horns filled with Dulce de Leche buttercream. Then sprinkled with pastel glitters and the final touch a purple flower. (Taylor’s favourite colour).”
