Located on Shannon Avenue in Geelong West, owner Anthony Maccora has been stretching dough for decades, with the pizzeria firmly in the family since the 80s.
Maintaining the same style, the same quality and the same friendliness since its beginning, the pizza is exactly as it should be – perfectly hand-stretched and with just the right amount of chew and crunch. If you’re lucky you’ll see Maccora himself tossing, spinning, whirling and twirling the dough daily with some serious flair.

Cementing itself as one of Geelong West’s Culinary elite, you can’t go wrong with any of the pizzas here. There are 25 different pizzas to choose from, ranging from traditional to gourmet and all using only the freshest ingredients.
You’ll find all your favourites, like the Aussie, Hawaiian, American and BBQ, alongside the classics like Margherita, meat lovers, BBQ chicken and garlic pizza. Each of these pizza options is an example of simplistic perfection. If you’re going gourmet, the chicken pesto, satay chicken and gourmet fetta are our picks, but you’d be doing yourself a disservice if you didn’t order the Silvas Special ‘Award Winning Pizza’. Hands down some of the best pizza Geelong has to offer.
Heaps of other Italian staples are on offer too: Italian Meatballs’, with tomato, cheese, meatballs, parmesan, garlic, oregano and basil; ‘Messina’, with tomato, cheese, ham, salami, onion, capsicum, olives, prawns, garlic and oregano; the ‘Sicilian’ with tomato, cheese, bacon, onion, anchovies, olives, garlic, and oregano; and the ‘Napoletana’, with tomato, cheese, olives, anchovies, garlic and oregano.
