Following its success in Sydney, Australia’s first national Pet Show is heading to Melbourne

Taking place Saturday 25 and Sunday 26 March at Melbourne Showgrounds, Ascot Vale, it’s the perfect event for pet-loving Victorians.

It’s clear that Victorians love their pets with the state announcing its first-ever pet census will be conducted this year.

Keep up with the latest in local news and entertainment here.

With pet ownership rates increasing nationwide – 69% of households in Australia currently owning pets – the appetite for an event dedicated to positive pet ownership, whether they be furry, slimy or scaly, is strong. Managing Director, Cameron Just, says, “Following the success of our inaugural show, we are thrilled to once again host our event, this time in Melbourne. We’ve already had an overwhelming response from local businesses excited to be involved in the show as exhibitors and from residents that are eager to attend as guests.”
