Afrojack, Alesso and Steve Aoki lead ULTRA Australia lineup for 2022

Ultra Australian returns to Melbourne in 2022 with a star-studded lineup.

Arguably the most recognisable global brand in electronic dance music, Ultra Music Festival is set to return to Australia in 2022 for its third edition with a full-scale, one-day event in Melbourne bringing along some of the globe’s best electronic music artists.

Taking to Sidney Myer Music Bowl and Kings Domain gardens on Saturday, March 5 2022, Ultra Australia has revealed Phase 1 of the festival’s star-studded lineup, welcoming a plethora of internationally-renowned DJs who rank in the Top 10 of the 2021 DJ Mag Top 100 to perform across two stages – the mammoth Main Stage, and the hub of underground sounds RESISTANCE Stage.

Leading next year’s pilgrimage for dance music fans is ULTRA Australia fan-favourite ​Afrojack, who will return to the Main Stage following his dynamic 2020 set, as well as multi-platinum selling superstar Alesso, Dutch future house innovator Oliver Heldens, and stadium-smashing Grammy-nominee Steve Aoki.

The Main Stage will also host performances by Armada Music flag-bearer Andrew Rayel, Belgian hardstyle virtuoso Coone, Canadian vocal-driven hit-maker Frank Walker, Billboard chart-topper Sam Feldt, and Australia’s own Melbourne-Bounce pioneer Will Sparks. On the RESISTANCE Stage, Italian powerhouse Deborah De Luca will mesmerize revellers with her hard-hitting techno cuts.

This is merely the beginning of lineup announcements from the festival with Phase 2 promising to deliver even more top-drawer talent.
