This year has been full of surprises, that’s for sure, and the team at Box Office Café have come in swinging with just that.
Hitting the menu for the school holidays, this ‘Nutella Ice Cream Burger’ is bloody delicious, guaranteed to deliver euphoric highs for the sweet-tooth burger fanatics and simple ice-cream adorers across the region.
Made with soft brioche buns, courtesy of Newtown’s Born and Bread, the inside filling is a delicious and delectable combo of Nutella, ice cream and sprinkles. Perfect for the kids, it’s also great for those of us who ALWAYS have room for dessert, or who simply love a scoop or three of their favourite ice cream.
If you’re feeling extra brave, team it with a hot chocolate or strawberry milkshake, and you’ll be riding that sugar high for the rest of the week.
The new menu item is just one of the latest creations to hit the menu since the café was able to open its doors last week, thanks to Uncle Dan easing restrictions for dining in regional Victoria. While this sugary meal is only available for the school holidays, the new spring menu is looking the goods for the next weeks month, with additions like Lindt Choc Waffles, Veggie Stacks, and a Spring Greens dish that is just born to be ‘grammed.
