Geelong is a region that is bursting at the seams with small business culture and is full of passionate creatives, entrepreneurs, hospitality leaders and all-round legends that are working together to create a community of good business, and prior to 2020, the demand for small business was at an all-time high.
It’s been a long road back to recovery for our region, and while regional Victoria will be released from lockdown as of tonight, the announcement was sadly incredibly underwhelming for the hospitality sector with heavy capacity restrictions that would see opening completely unviable for a slew of already struggling local businesses. Heartbreaking.

While we’re all keen to go out and sip an expertly crafted cocktail, the 18th Amendment Bar are ensuring we can still indulge from home with the return of their cocktail delivery service.
Having decided to reopen their venue on Friday and Saturdays to 10 people inside and 20 outside with two-hour sittings, the well-loved 1920s Prohibition-style cocktail bar is battling these restricted capacities, and as such, are hoping the service will lift the spirits of those that can’t get a booking or just want to indulge in some quality cocktails from the comfort of their own home.
All you need to do is simply jump online, order a double pack of a cocktail (or two) and the award-winning team will deliver the packs throughout the day on Wednesday, September 15th.
The double packs of cocktails are $30 and you’ll be able to choose from the likes of the Fairy Floss Spritz, Tropical Blues, Negroni, Bonnie and Clyde, Salted Caramel Old Fashioned, Vanilla or the Espresso Martini.
These aren’t just your run of the mill cocktails either; you can expect the same high-quality ingredients that would be poured in your glass alongside your bowl of popcorn at the venue. The only difference is you’re the one doing the shaking.
These will be available for delivery within a 10km radius of the Geelong CBD.
