Burger lovers of Victoria (which is pretty much all of us, to be honest) this one’s for you.
The ever-popular Hank Marvin Market is presenting its first ever event over the cup weekend, plating up the inaugural Big Burger Biannual.
There will be 18 burger vendors from across Melbourne including Sliders on Tyres, Fancy Hank’s BBQ Joint, Cool Bean Kitchen and Beatbox Kitchen.
Vegetarian and paleo diets will also be catered for, as will the meat-lovers who can enjoy one-off burgers created for them by the Canine Wellness Kitchen food truck.
Along with the burgers, there will be local DJs, craft beer and cider, freshly made drinks, and desserts from Billy Van Creamy, Le Beurre Cakes, Whoopies Cookies and Pop-up Crepes.
