Bruthen Blues & Arts Festival returns

Bruthen Blues & Arts Festival celebrates its 24th anniversary with a top notch three day event that will attract visitors from far and wide with its illustrious schedule filled with excitement.

The event opens on Friday 15th of February with a Blues Dinner at Bullant Brewery featuring live performance from The Fret Drifters and if that isn’t enough the Bruthen Inn hotel will be home to some country with Nicky Moffatt. There’ll also be a jam session hosted by Rod Millers Blues Explosion, where you can pre-resister online to get involved.

Saturday the 16th of February will feature a huge array of activities including Markets, Buskers, Free live music sponsored by Bullant Brewery, Percussion workshop with Nick Fischer, a guitar clinic with The Fret Drifters and a vocal Workshop with Kutcha Edwards and much more.

Sunday the 17th of February will be a great way to send off the fest with a big breakfast cook-up, an multitude of markets and street music as well as a parade and the famous ELGAS Duck race.

Closing off the festival will be Sunday Recovery featuring the talents of Robbie Bundle, The Fret Drifters, The Kutcha Edwards Band and the Louis King’s Royal Blue Trio.
