The renowned electronic producer OPIUO is returning to Australia with a five-piece band, new music and a completely different live show this April and May. Off the back of an American tour, OPIUO will be delivering the perfect blend of raw, exciting live instrumentation, with the adventure of electronic music and a killer live performance.
With the release of his third studio album Omniversal, the hard hitting electro funk set will by smothered in techno instrumental soul, and deeply melodic.
The ‘pioneer of future funk’ will be captivating dance floors throughout the East Coast- he is a seasoned performer after playing the biggest festivals in the world including Cochella and Glastonbury, and sharing the stage with the likes of Moby, Pete Tong, Bassnectar, Pretty Lights and Bonobo.
OPIUO will be playing 170 Russell in Melbourne on Friday April 21.
