Coastal Jam announce Geelong return and Mornington Peninsula expansion this March.
Labour Day 2023 might still be a good two months away, but it’s worth marking in your diary right now, especially with the latest news from the Coastal Jam team.
Fresh from delivering an epic Boxing Day extravaganza in Barwon Heads, UNO Presents flagship festival, Coastal Jam, has just announced their Labour Day Long Weekender season with a return to the iconic Geelong (Wadawurrung) Cunningham Pier for 2023, and an expansion into Mornington Peninsula (Boonwurrung) with Ziggy Alberts leading the charge.

Following a massive inaugural event which saw Coastal Jam Geelong activate the waterfront located Cunningham Pier for the first time in 20 years with headliner Cosmos Midnight, the festivals return continues the Labour Day long weekend tradition running Sunday 12 March 2023. The proceeding day, Saturday 11 March, will see the newly added activation of the other side of the bay with Coastal Jam Mornington Peninsula, finding its home at Rosebud Village Green.

The festival expansion also comes with a capacity expansion for the Geelong site, doubling ticket availability to serve a whopping 4000 punters whilst the Mornington Peninsula ground is set to host 5000 live music enthusiasts.
In typical Coastal Jam fashion of going big or going home, both shows’ lineups are giant. Laps Around The Sun songwriter, Ziggy Alberts, is on headline duty for both coastal locations, joined by Hockey Dad, Bag Raiders, The Terrys and Rochelle Jordan (USA) across the two stages.
