Sydney noise-makers Zeahorse have been going about business since 2008, and while their name may not be familiar with some readers, they’ve certainly found a solid following within the underground music scene. The band recently enjoyed a stint in the US, which you can read about on their Facebook page. Here is a snippet: “Within a hundred metres from the motel we’d already encountered a pimp and his (white) ho, dealers slingin’ crack and Latino gangsters complete with authentic crip walk and mean-ass neck tatts.” Their debut album is Pools. The Bridge, Castlemaine – March 5; The Barwon, Geelong – March 6; and Music Man, Bendigo – March 7.
