Adding to an already stacked lineup which dropped last week, Yours and Owls add a Golden Guitar winner to the mix.
They promised more to be announced and they weren’t wrong! Yours and Owls Festival have this morning name-dropped another artist joining their 2025 lineup with none other than Australia’s most celebrated country artist, Golden Guitar-winning and chart-topping Brad Cox.
They have also revealed their new home for 2025. With their usual grounds of UOW unavailable due to their date change, Yours and Owls Festival will return beachside in 2025, taking over Wollongong Foreshore, South Beach, to deliver a weekend to remember on Saturday 1 and Sunday 2 March 2025.

Brad Cox has been the name on everyone’s lips in the country music scene for the better half of the last decade. Hailing from Jindabyne, New South Wales, the now celebrated country star started his career on top, winning the Toyota Star Maker award at the Country Music Awards of Australia during the Tamworth Country Music Festival during his first year, before his debut album even dropped.
His trajectory has continued signing to Sony Music Australia the next year and producing follow-up album My Minds Projection not long after. With singles ‘ Short Lived Love’, ‘Give Me Tonight’ and ‘Drinking Season’ the album shot to number 12 on the ARIA charts. The songs and album gained him national recognition with nominations at both the APRA Awards and ARIA Music Awards. The accolades continued as album three, Acres earnt Cox the Highest Selling Album at the Queensland Music Awards, and this year Cox was celebrated at the Country Music Awards receiving the title of Male Artist of the Year.
Cox is a welcome addition to a lineup that boasts international names such as headliners Fontaines D.C., Denzel Curry, The Kooks and The Goo Goo Doll, alongside Australian heavyweights The Veronicas, The Jungle Giants, Peach PRC and more.
