You can now style your home with Victoria’s Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton homewares

The true sign of success.

You don’t need us to tell you that life is pretty grim these days. While the negative consequences of the pandemic will persist long after it is over, the silver linings haven’t gone unnoticed in Australia – in particular, Victoria’s Chief Health Officer Brett Sutton.

While Australians have spent the most part of this year watching state premiers give daily coronavirus updates on TV, with Victorian Premier Dan Andrews becoming a big part of our lives, it’s the important health messages from Professor Sutton that the Nation has become truly drawn to… especially after he shared the below picture of himself in his 20s. Michael Hutchence vibes, anyone?

Quickly earning himself the titles ‘Sexy Sutton’, ‘Professor Silverfox Sutton’ and Victoria’s ‘Covid Crush’, the highly respected clinician rose to cult status in recent weeks, trending on Google search, claiming Tik Tok fame, inspiring far too many fan pages and now, his face has even become immortalised in an entire homeware range.

Created by Melbourne digital artist Ashley Ellis, the range sees the health officer’s face emblazoned on kitchenwares through to bedding, all set against that bright Department-of-Health-and-Human-Services-purple background we’ve all come to know and love. You can get everything from mugs, t-shirts, masks, magnets, stickers, phone cases, tote bags, coasters, to throw blankets, cushions, socks, and even bedsheets.

Sutton fans can purchase the items through Ashley’s RedBubble store, with throw blankets from $37, socks for $27, a mug for $16, and canvas prints starting at $97, pending on the size of course. If you’re strapped for cash but are keen to get around the man, you can get stickers and greetings cards for less then $4. There are even face masks for sale for $22, or $17 for four. Bargain!

You can shop the range via Ashley’s RedBubble page.
