Who doesn’t love food and who doesn’t love yoga? Well, Yoke Yoga in Torquay have combined the two with a Pot Luck Dinner they’re hosting next month.
What better way to celebrate the cold winter months than with warm food and like-minded yoga lovers in front of a fire on a Friday night. Bring your plate, your friends or your lover.
The dinner will be opened with a sacred tea ceremony hosted by Yogi Kai, and then fill your bellies with food and your soul with warmth.
